Welcome to the D&R Manufacturer website. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products and services. D&R Manufacturer provides custom manufacturing services, including but not limited to custom decals, signage, apparel, promotional products, branded merchandise, and other personalized products.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before production begins unless other payment arrangements have been approved by D&R Manufacturer.
Because many of our products are custom-made, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, designs, spelling, colors, sizes, and specifications before production begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Also, since the customer reviews and authorizes and signs no exchanges can be made.
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order size, product availability, and current workload. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, D&R Manufacturer is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or events beyond our control.
Due to the personalized nature of custom-manufactured products, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or an error was made by D&R Manufacturer. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving their order to report any issues and we reserve the right to keep 75% of the total amount for any reason.
Customers must have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, or other materials submitted for production. By submitting artwork, customers confirm that they own or have permission to use the submitted content. D&R Manufacturer is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided materials.
All website content, including logos, images, graphics, text, and product designs created by D&R Manufacturer, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, D&R Manufacturer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.
Customer information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and using it only for legitimate business purposes.

Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, colors, sizes, quantities, spelling, and product specifications before final approval.

If you receive an item that differs from the approved order due to an error on our part, we will correct the mistake by replacing the product or issuing an appropriate refund. If the error resulted from incorrect information or artwork submitted or approved by the customer, D&R Manufacturer cannot be held responsible.
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer accepted because materials and labor have already been committed to your custom order.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by D&R Manufacturer or a product that arrived damaged or defective.
